New Spring Fund set up

Minds et Motion is facilitating the setting up of a new Fund that will partner with inspiring charitable projects anywhere in the world and support them by raising funds from American taxpayers.

To be a Partner Charity, an organization will have to (1) sustain the resilience of communities through meaningful participation of the people they serve, and (2) qualify to receive US donations under US law. Next month we will release an infographic showing how the New Spring Fund works. It will include an overview of the donations flow as well as an illustration of the Step by Step process that projects and donors will be invited to follow. New Spring Fund has been incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA. It is now going through the IRS tax-exemption process. Dr. Anant R. Jani, Ms Mary Zacaroli and Dr. Adam John Richie, the Board of Directors, have been looking for initial projects which are interested in becoming Partner Organizations of the New Spring Fund so it is prepared to support them as soon as it is set up. This should be at the end of this summer all being well. By which time it will be ready to launch its website. On the website, projects will be able to apply for partnership directly.
